**I received an advance copy of this book from Blogging for Books in exchange for my honest review.**
I am a big fan of Gretchen Rubin and had read a couple of her books before I got this book, The Four Tendencies. One of the books I had read was Better Than Before where she introduced the concept of the four tendencies (Upholder, Questioner, Obliger, and Rebel). A lot of what she said made perfect sense and helped me to see why certain people were the way they were. Then when I found out she was releasing another book that delved into the four tendencies more in-depth, I could not wait to get my hands on it and read it. This book did not disappoint. I enjoyed the more detailed/comprehensive look at each of the tendencies and helped me to more easily identify which tendencies myself, my family, my friends, and my co-workers might fall under. In doing that it has helped me relate better to each individual person and helped me to understand more about their actions and how I can relate to them better.
Until next time…keep it simple!
