Hadley Beckett’s Next Dish by Bethany Turner
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
Hadley Beckett’s Next Dish by Bethany Turner is a perfect read for fans of the Food Network and romantic comedies! I read Bethany Turner’s Wooing Cadie McCaffrey last year and enjoyed it, so I knew I would enjoy this book. I think I ended up liking this book even more!
This book is a cute, fun read and be forewarned you will get hungry reading about all the yummy food. I enjoyed the relationship between the two main characters, Hadley and Max. They started out being rivals/competitors on a cooking game show and throughout the book develop a friendship/relationship with one another.
It did seem a little bit on the long side to me, I think it could have still accomplished its purpose with fewer words/pages, but overall was a sweet story filled with humorous banter and a story of forgiveness and grace.
Paperback – I received a free copy of this book from Revell Reads for the purpose of an honest review. All opinions are my own.
Until next time…keep it simple
